This year’s theme, “Amplify – Turn Up the Volume on the Leader in You,” is a call to step forward with confidence, clarity, and courage. It is about turning up the voice of purpose, influence, and responsibility that already exists within you.
We are especially excited to welcome international youth leaders who will be joining us on the ground to share global insights and real-world leadership principles. In addition, a powerful local panel of emerging leaders will engage in honest, practical conversations about navigating leadership in our context — from church to career to community impact.
GLS NextGen is more than a conference. It is a movement committed to strengthening and empowering the future leaders of our churches, communities, and country. Through impactful sessions, interactive discussions, and thought-provoking conversations, you will explore leadership development, resilience in the face of challenges, discovering purpose, and building influence that lasts.
Whether you are a secondary school student, tertiary-level attendee, young professional, or young leader in ministry, this Summit will challenge you to think bigger, grow deeper, and lead stronger.

The following world class leaders will be the speakers at the GLS NextGen
youth leadership conference on Saturday 28th March 2026
Ana Luisa Cardoso
Ana Luisa is a speaker, youth leader, and Next Gen Director for Latin America and the Caribbean based in Brasília, Brazil. She is passionate about spreading the gospel both locally and globally and about equipping the next generation to live out their faith with purpose and influence.
She spent a year on mission in Chile, where she helped plant a church in Curicó—an experience that shaped her heart for cross-cultural ministry and sparked her journey in learning languages. With training in youth leadership through Youth for Christ Brazil, Ana Luisa empowers young leaders from diverse cultures to reach their full potential and become a force for good in their communities.
Ashley Bohinc
Ashley Bohinc has spent the last 20 years serving the next generation in education, athletics, and ministry. She is the author of Communicating to Middle Schoolers and The Art of Group Talk for Teenage Girls and the founder of Make It Middle School. Ashley is a dynamic speaker and coach known for her passion and authenticity in making a difference. Ashley also serves as the Executive Director of Carry 117 in Ethiopia.
Adina Mitschele
Adina is a professional singer and song writer. She performs all over the world and is a worship leader with the Global Leadership Summit Next Gen team. Her heart for encouraging young leaders to find and follow Jesus is Strong.
